Since 2017 Rowan & Fern Lampshade Design has been evolving to where it is today.

Starting off in my dining room it became very apparent that more space was required for fabric, templates, rings and of course the finished lampshades.

Move forward to near the end of 2019 and a new work space arrived….

More options and choices…

Larger work space and better storage means more options and choices – choices in size, fabrics and styles of lampshade.

Choose from authentic Harris Tweed ,the ever popular Voyage to designer fabric from Timorous Beasties, and many more other fabrics. Here at Rowan & Fern Lampshade Design we are always adding new fabrics to our collection.

Adding double sided shades into the mix…..

There’s something special about Harris Tweed, we all know that, but when you add other complementary fabrics into the mix you absolutely get a wow factor lampshade.

The Double Sided Harris Tweed Shade Collection is increasing all the time as the Harris Tweed is matched to the different fabrics, sometimes it’s the customer requests that conjours up a new combination!
