Please allow up to 14-21 working days for delivery of your order , although your shade may be ready much sooner.

The shades are all handmade by myself  hence the timescale above.

If you require your shade(s) sooner please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Orders can be collected in person, (by prior arrangement), a collection option is available at the checkout.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your shade for whatever reason, you can*.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.  A refund will be made to the original payment method.

*Please read the following exceptions to our return & refund policy:

• Timorous Beasties fabric shades cannot be returned due to the fabric having been made to order to fulfill your shade order.
• The returned shade(s) must be returned in the original packaging. The shade(s) must also not have been removed from and should be returned in the original cellophane wrapping.
• Returned shade(s) must not have been used. 

To make a return:

• Send an email to us at [email protected] with your request to return your shade. We will then confirm your request to return.
• Shades must be returned via a Parcelforce service,(insured to the value of the shade).

More Returns Information:

•  Please inform us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to amend your order as most of the shades will be made to order for you.
• We must be notified of any damaged shades within 3 days of delivery
• Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
• We will only cover the return shipping cost of damaged/faulty items.
• Once we receive your return please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to be returned to your account.
