The lampshades are all handmade to order, therefore, please allow up to 14-21 working days for delivery of your order , although your lampshade will most probably be ready much sooner.

If you require your lampshade(s) sooner please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Orders can be collected in person, (by prior arrangement), a collection option is available at the checkout.

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event you wish to return your lampshade you can*.

Notice of your intent to make a return must be made within 7 days from the delivery day of your lampshade.

The return of your lampshade should be made within a further 7 days from the date of intent to return.

A refund will be made via the original payment source once your lampshade has been returned in perfect, re-sellable condition.

Returned lampshades must be repacked carefully in the original box and packaging.

The lampshade must not have been removed from the cellophane wrapping it arrived in.

Returned lampshades must not have been used.

To make a return:

If the return criteria has been met we will then confirm your request to return.

Lampshades must be returned by either Royal Mail Tracked 24(or 48) or Parcelforce24 (or 48). The cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive your returned lampshade in a perfect, re-sellable condition, a refund will be made via the original payment source. Please allow at least 7 working days for a refund to be returned to your account.

*Please read the following exceptions to our return & refund policy:

*50cm diameter lampshades- are non returnable due to their size and re-stocking storage space restrictions.

*Timorous Beasties Lampshades are non returnable due to the fabric having been made to order to fulfill your lampshade order.

*Any bespoke lampshades made to your requested specified measurements (different from those on the website) are non-returnable.

Please be very sure of measurements and fabrics/colours etc before ordering. Fabric samples can be ordered by clicking a link that is in every lampshade description summary.

Faulty/Damaged Lampshades

Please inform us of any damaged lampshades within 3 days of delivery (due to damage in post).

We will only cover the cost of the return of the lampshade if the lampshade is faulty.
